Happy with the clean and modern room, which had a nice bathroom, but unfortunately, the toilet got flooded. 🚽

Outside entry doors. Very damp rooms. Noisy as it is near freeway. Very small crowded bathroom area. Not up to the standard of other Hamptons we have stayed at.

The location of the Baymont Inn & Suites By Wyndham in Shenandoah is superb, next to The Woodlands and great restaurants. The room was brand-new and incredibly comfortable.

I loved the beds, the location, and the breakfast. The staff at this and every Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at have been wonderful.

I am not a fan of rooms that open to the exterior. But it wasn't that big of deal. Sometimes the wifi was pretty slow as well

Everything. The Hampton is the greatest hotel to stay in. Good price with high quality beds, bedding, towels, etc.

Brand-new rooms with nice amenities. Magnificent location within a short walk to good restaurants and 'The Woodlands. Conveniently situated in the middle of Jackson.

The room was good and great had all we needed, it was complete with the bathroom and non-working TV, for instance.

One of the staff members at check in was very rude and not friendly at all.

This place is like super pretty and really cool, plus the prices are pretty decent for what you get around this area. Had such a good time staying here 🌟.

Super position in the middle of jackson. Also - just off good restaurants as well as The Woodlands. Modern and clean rooms with non-working TV, the bathroom, clean pool. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

I did not like that there were no interior rooms. It had a motel design. I do not expect that from a Hampton Inn. I never would have paid that much for a hotel room like this.

The hotel is just a short walk from great restaurants and the Woodlands. Another Broken Egg Cafe, which is 1 mile away, was a pleasant surprise. - the room was modern and nice.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, and hairdryer in room. Easy access to Pavilion.

The staff is warm and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast options are satisfying, and the hotel even offers delivery options for added convenience.
